Jonas Brothers pre-sale tickets?

Kay. So I am going to the JB concert July 11th in Phoenix Arizona. I am apart the of the Jonas Brothers Fan Club. And I am planning on getting pre-sell tickets. I have 2 questions.

1. Can you buy 1st row tickets??

2. How many pre-sell tickets will they be selling for each concert???

i'm pretty sure they sell a variety of seats, but i'm not positive.

and there isn't a specific number they give out, just a certain percentage of the total amount of seats available at the venue.. if that makes sense.

oh, and i live in tucson but don't have the money to join the fan club right now, so if you have an extra pre-sale ticket ( i think the limit is four, right?) i will gladly buy it from you as long as the price is semi-reasonable :D
