tomorrow (tues) for the tickets,and i already withdrew the amount he paid me to my bank account.today he put a temporary hold on the funds so my paypal is in debt the money.it says on paypal the transfer to my bank account was completed a couple days ago,but i cant check my bank account balance becuz its been the weekend.so can paypal take the money out of my account if its already been transfered,or put a hold of that money IN MY BANK ACCOUNT? or will i just be in debt to paypal that money?

im going to give the tracking number to the buyer tommorrow im just worried hes not going to lift the hold and i wont get paid for the tickets..?

Something sounds wrong, have you logged into paypal through his confirmation email from paypal? Try logging into your paypal account by doing a paypal search through google and go to the official site and log onto your account. My paypal account takes up to 8 days to transfer to my bank. And why would you send it if he's got a hold on his money. The only way that happens is if he has proved your not providing his purchase or paypal has put a hold because he was using someone elses account and Hoping to get free tickets. Be careful, change your passwords.

I'm a little confused on the way this was explained. It's not really very clear but both buyer and seller are protected and if you get ripped off by this guy you can file a claim on him and take action. Because of this, you should be protected.
As i see is that you have send the tickets, go to paypal, sing in, them go to the payment details page, below the page you will see a tag 'add shipping information", add the tracking number to the payment page, if he send the payment and you transfer the funds to your bank account then you have the money, every time paypal got a complain they have a open case in your account but they will froze the funds only when they investigate about the complain, if the tickets show up late and he never use them then paypal may take the funds from you, but for that will take days, maybe a month, in the case that he fund his payment with his credit card, that makes different, if he do a charge back to paypal, paypal will froze the fund from you right away, but even that take days, around 7 to 15 days, so, have ready the tracking number and add the number to the paypal payment page, that will help if he keeps the complain to your account.
