Can you get better tickets by calling into the arena or by ordering them on ticketmaster?

I'm ordering tickets, the entire concert is seated, including the floor. Would it be best to order the tickets by calling into the arena, ordering them from ticketmaster, or buying them in person the morning they go up for sale? Which is the best way to get the closest tickets? Which is the worst?

The BEST way to get tickets is to be first in line at the venue when they go on sale, but if your not 1st or 2nd in line, your better off ordering them online.

The 2nd best option is to order online.

The WORST option is to call by phone, usually youll be on hold forever and will get much worse tickets this way.

I ususally get on the phone and online at the same time...seems to work for me!
